Purchase Minimums
Minimum opening order $250

Purchase Terms
All first orders are shipped under prepaid conditions [credit card, check, wire transfer].
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Prepaid orders are processed upon check clearance.
Credit card orders are processed after full credit card information is received.
Credit cards are billed on the day of the shipment.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
Net 30 terms are available after the first order and are subject to credit approval.
A complete credit form with a minimum of four trade references is needed.
Credit process takes approximately 7 business days.
Net 30 invoices cannot be settled with credit cards on the due dates. In the event of an absolute necessity to use a credit card to settle, a 5% service charge will be applied to the invoice.
Net 30 terms are only available to domestic customers.
All international orders must be prepaid.
Returned checks are subject to $29 service fee.
Shipping
FedEX Next Day Air orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
FedEX 2nd Day Air orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
FedEX 3 Day Select orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
FedEX Ground orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Pickup orders are prepared within 3-5 business days.
All orders are shipped ex works Xia Home Fashions Canton, GA facility.
Freight, insurance, and handling charges are added to the invoice.
All refused shipments will be charged the appropriate freight fees and a $29 service fee.
Back Order
All out-of-stock items are automatically back ordered, unless otherwise instructed.
All back orders not shipped within 90 days of the invoice date
are automatically cancelled, unless otherwise instructed.
Return Policy
We are proud of our products and we want you to be perfectly satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with our merchandise for any reason, we will provide a merchandise refund or an exchange for your order within 15 days of invoice date without any extra charge.
A 29% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns beyond 15 days of invoice date.
Returns are not allowed without prior authorization. Please refer to the customer number and invoice number on all correspondence and return the package to:
